To ensure maximum use of the time we have together, please attend appointments on time, fully prepared and with minimum distractions (i.e. in a quiet space, with devices on silent mode).
If you are unable to attend, due to an unavoidable issue or scheduling conflict, please do provide as much notice as possible.
Should you need to cancel or postpone a Coaching session, for any reason, notification should be made in writing to [email protected]
If you wish to re-schedule your session for a different time during the same week, it will depend upon availability in the Coaching schedule, however we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

At the sole discretion of the Coach, the Client may be offered an alternative date and time, for the missed session.
If in the unlikely event that we as the provider need to cancel a Coaching session, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably practical and coordinate with the Client to reschedule – ensuring minimum inconvenience.
4. Refunds & Complaints
As you are booking a Coaching session for a specific date and time, no refunds are provided if you change your mind or can’t attend. However, you can postpone your appointment time provided that sufficient notice (a minimum of 24 hours) is given.

I am committed to providing you with a high-quality, ethical service which is both efficient and effective. Should you have any complaints in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact Laura Davison at [email protected]. I agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
5. Disclaimers
It is important that you are aware that Coaching is NOT therapy, financial planning, or any other form of advice. At times before and throughout the coaching sessions, the Coach may advise you to consult a professional or other expert, before making certain decisions. The Client is solely responsible for following this advice, for the selection of an appropriate professional, and for implementing any suggestions that they may make.
Whilst many clients experience significant breakthroughs, increased clarity and awareness, as a result of our services, we offer no guarantees. Each person and business is different and results may vary.
All services provided are limited to a specific period which will be agreed in advance with a specific start and end date confirmed. For Good Girl Goodbye, the programme duration is 12 weeks.
All services are performed by EMPOWERMENT WITH LAURA LTD. No services are outsourced.

In the event that I provide you with manuals, templates, or worksheets to assist in your business & personal life, I retain all copyright for any document prepared in the course of providing my services. Any documents are not to be copied, distributed, or shared without prior permission.
7. Communication
General communication with clients will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure, and I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses.
My usual business hours are 10am until 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to.
Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for my business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.
8. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data.
Our privacy policy is available at https://www.goodgirlsyndromecoach.com/privacy
9. Confidentiality and Retention of Information
This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) which the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.
Please be aware that the Coach – Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (unlike the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognised privilege.
The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent.
I will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business, save for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.

E. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.
F. The Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process, which may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices, is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
G. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in every session.
H. The Client further acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.
